My Journey and Inspiration
My journey into psychology began with a deep academic interest, earning a BS in Psychology and an MA in Education in 2006. For over a decade, I've had the privilege of lecturing in Psychology in Further Education. In 2020, I authored the book "Psychology: An Introduction," published by Boru Press.
My holistic therapy journey began in 2010, with training in Reiki, then sound therapy and yoga. Recently, I graduated with a BS in Art Psychotherapy and Integrative Counselling, and I base my practice in the Beacon Therapy Centre. I am currently pre-accredited with the IACP.
I also teach yoga every Monday evening, and restorative yoga and sound therapy on the last Friday of every month at Belarmine Community Centre in Stepaside, Dublin 18.
New moon Wellness was born from this blend of academic rigor and holistic practices, aiming to offer a unique path to well-being. I am currently pre-accredited with IACP.

What makes me unique
At New Moon Wellness, my extensive teaching experience means I have significant expertise in working with neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and Autism. For many years, I've taught yoga, facilitated sound healing, and held space for women. What truly sets me apart is the added dimension of Art and creativity. While clients are never obliged, this allows for a powerful path beyond traditional talk therapy. I maintain a solid theoretical base, ensuring I meet each person exactly where they are on their personal journey.

Who I love to help
I have considerable experience in supporting individuals facing neurodiversity, identity loss, challenges in building confidence, and managing anxiety. My approach is tailored to create a supportive environment where these specific concerns can be addressed effectively, fostering growth and resilience for each unique individual.
"New moon Wellness helped me find my strength and a clear path to self-discovery."
